Daily/Hourly Rates

Starting at $200

  • 4-hour minimum – $200
  • Each additional hour – $50
  • This rate is available for up to 7 hours
  • Tables and chairs included

Weekend Rates

Starting at $650

  • One Full Day (8+ hours between 8:00 a.m. and Midnight): $650
  • Friday at Noon to Saturday at Midnight: $1000
  • Saturday at 8:00 a.m. to Sunday at Noon: $1000
  • Saturday at 8:00 a.m. to Sunday at 5:00 p.m.: $1,250
  • Friday at Noon  to Sunday at Noon: $1500
  • Friday at 8:00 a.m. to Sunday at 5:00 p.m.: $1750
  • These rates can be applied to consecutive weekdays as well.

  • 4-Day Packages: $2,000

Signed Release Form and Proof of Homeowners’ Insurance required

All packages require a 10% deposit ($50 minimum) to reserve and hold the requested date.

Remaining balance is due no less than 5 days before the event date.

Tables, chairs, and access to kitchenette are included with all on-site rentals.

Set-up and clean-up are the responsibility of the renters with-in rental time.
